I am a tired old gal, have lived through so many chaotic eras in American history, and I just wish everyone would learn to get along and stop hating.

Here it is, a new year beginning, but now, more than ever, I have lost hope for our future. I feel absolutely done with all of it.

Why? Because, for some reason, people could not get over their racism and misogyny, to vote for a brilliant black woman, and preferred instead to vote for a convicted felon, a man found liable for SA, with a history of criminality and abuses and promises to pretty much destroy our entire societal and economical infrastructure.

With a population that dumbed down, and that willing to go along with such evil because it somehow is seen as giving his supporters permission to be the worst versions of themselves, there can be little doubt for those of us with brains that still function and that tried to learn from history that we are, indeed, doomed to repeat the worst episode of that history.

But this time, there may be no coming back.

See, there is no USA in the wings to ride in to the world's rescue as was the case in WW2.

And the most evil, corrupt, selfish, maronic, lunatic mind in American history is about to yet again have access to the nuclear doomsday devices, along with being backed by billionaires who don't give one tinker's damn about we the people or democracy or the republic or our Constitution or our rights or any damn thing else besides ever more $ for them and the power that buys.

They somehow believe themselves immune to any chaos they unleash on the world via their support of tyrants like Putin and Trump and the rest, falsely believing they can somehow control them, even though they should have already seen that is not at all possible.

Once you give the reins of power to a madman like narcissistic Trump, all bets are off. He is transactional, vindictive, vengeful, unstable, and throws EVERYONE under the bus sooner or later.

EVERYONE.

NO one is safe.

For all those who voted for him believing his lies that only he can fix anything, that he will make life better, good luck, because this madman is totally out of touch with reality, he lives in his own make believe world where he thinks everyone adores him and anyone who doesn't he should have carte blanche to destroy, and he does not care one damn bit about you or your family or anyone past the end of his own orange nose.

Thats a fact, Jack. We are in for a hell of a ride and we may all lose everything. Time will tell.
